Live in a Dive
Fat Wreck Chords developed a series of live albums and Strung Out was due up next to deliver the 4th album of the popular series. Two shows at Anaheim California's Chain Reaction where recorded, mixed, and put to disc. It was released June of 2003. If you have yet to see Strung Out play live, this would be a great way to hear them. This album would best be described as a live best of Strung Out with some other tracks that only appear on this release.

An American Paradox
This Album was released in April of 2002 and it took a progressive mix of technique oriented music along with some pop overtones to create this further step into the constant challenge of pushing their music limitations. Element of Sonic Defiance
Enter new bassist Chris Aiken. This eight song EP (which by the way clocks in at 25:03 minutes) represented a new beginning for Strung Out. This album showcases the bands continued desire to set themselves apart. It was an artistic leap forward in defining their sound. It was released in June of 2000.

Twisted by Design
With this album the band set out to expand on their trademark sound. Released in May of 1998, It was the last album that they would record with former bassist Jim Cherry. This album saw the band experiment with some new tempo's such as with songs like "Mind Of My Own" and "Asking For The World" as well as keeping the speedy up beats with "Too Close To See" and "Virginia Madison."

Crossroads and Illusions
This was a pre release to 1998s Twisted by Design. The song's where recorded in the same session as Twisted and CnL was released early to satisfy eager fans waiting for the full length to be finished. Another Day in Paradise
